2. Vertragspartner & Vertragsschluss

Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande mit Costbar & Co. | AURA Onlinehandel by Ralph Cremer

Die Präsentation der Produkte stellt kein bindendes Angebot dar. Durch Anklicken des Buttons „Jetzt kaufen“ geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Der Vertrag kommt mit unserer Annahme per E-Mail oder dem Versand der Ware zustande.

3. Preise & Versand

Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro (EUR) inklusive der jeweils gültigen gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer (sofern anwendbar).
Internationale Versandkosten werden im Bestellvorgang separat ausgewiesen.
Importzölle oder Steuern bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU können vom Käufer getragen werden.

4. Lieferung

Wir liefern weltweit.
Die Lieferzeit variiert je nach Zielregion und beträgt in der Regel:

  • Deutschland & EU: 5–10 Werktage

  • International: bis zu 21 Werktage

Alle Produkte werden im Print-on-Demand-Verfahren produziert – die Produktion beginnt erst nach Eingang der Bestellung.

5. Zahlungsarten

Folgende Zahlungsmethoden werden angeboten:

  • Kreditkarte (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Sofortüberweisung / Klarna

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Shopify Payments

Die Belastung erfolgt mit Vertragsschluss.

6. Widerrufsrecht

Kein Widerrufsrecht für personalisierte Produkte!
Gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB besteht kein Widerrufsrecht bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikationen angefertigt werden oder eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind.
Da unsere Produkte individuell personalisiert nach Bestellung gefertigt werden, ist ein Widerruf für diese Produkte grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen.

Sollte ein Artikel jedoch beschädigt oder fehlerhaft geliefert werden, kontaktiere uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen per E-Mail an info@costbar.shop

7. Eigentumsvorbehalt

Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

8. Gewährleistung

Es gelten die gesetzlichen Mängelhaftungsrechte.
Offensichtliche Mängel sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware anzuzeigen.

9. Haftung

Wir haften nur für Schäden, die auf vorsätzlicher oder grob fahrlässiger Pflichtverletzung beruhen.
Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung vertragswesentlicher Pflichten (Kardinalpflichten), begrenzt auf den typischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden.

10. Urheberrecht

Alle Inhalte, Designs und Texte auf dieser Website unterliegen dem Urheberrecht. Jede Verwendung ohne unsere ausdrückliche Zustimmung ist untersagt.

11. Online-Streitbeilegung

Die EU-Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS-Plattform) bereit:

Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

12. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.
Bei Verbrauchern gilt diese Rechtswahl nur insoweit, als nicht der durch zwingende Bestimmungen des Rechts des Staates, in dem der Verbraucher seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat, gewährte Schutz entzogen wird.

2. Contracting Party & Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with Costbar & Co. | AURA Onlinehandel by Ralph Cremer

Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding catalog. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by email or ship the goods.

3. Prices & Shipping

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT (if applicable).
International shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU.

4. Delivery

We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany & EU: 5–10 business days

  • International: up to 21 business days

All items are made to order using the print-on-demand process — production begins only after an order has been received.

5. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods:

Your account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for personalized products!
In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
As our products are personality-made using, returns or cancellations are generally not possible.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Please notify us of any obvious defects within 14 days of receiving the goods.

9. Liability

We are liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
In the case of minor negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

10. Copyright

All content, designs, and texts on this website are protected by copyright. Use outside the intended purpose is not permitted without our explicit permission.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory legal provisions in their country of habitual residence.
